今天是星期一。又是星期一，忙忙碌碌，又要折腾了。
前天考完六级，不管结果怎样总是放下了那悬了6个月的心，才吁口气懒懒的躺了一天，今天 又要抓着书往教室跑，剩下的两个星期得准备期末大考–唉~ …慢慢来吧。
这首I don’t like monday其实大有来头。故事发生在美国加州，1979年的某个星期一，16岁的小女孩Brenda Spencer在上学时,开枪先后射击了11人,其中2人死亡. 事后警方盘问动机时,女孩只是麻木的说:因为我不喜欢星期一.当时The Boomtown Rats的主唱Bob Geldof听到新闻里的这件悲剧后，写下了这首歌。
原唱Bob Geldof把这首歌唱的很热血，澎湃，其实歌词是很悲伤的。Bob Geldof来自爱尔兰，是原摇滚乐队“布姆镇鼠”（ＢＯＯＭＴＯＷＮＲＡＴ）的成员之一。在过去２０年的大部分时间里，他一直致力于唤醒人们对贫穷非洲 的认识和了解，呼吁人们关注和拯救挣扎在死亡边缘的非洲难民，还写下了悲天悯人的单曲《他们知道今天是圣诞节吗？》，并通过义卖的方式来为非洲灾民筹集善 款。 1985年7月13日，在鲍勃的呼吁下，声势浩大的“LIVE8”慈善演唱会在伦敦和费城同步举行，募集到8000万美元的款项，鲍勃也因此得到了 1986年度诺贝尔和平奖的提名。
在这首经典曲目自问世一来被翻唱过多次，其中Tori Amos的版本是我最喜欢的，整齐的钢琴和弦伴着她那成熟的嗓音，喃喃细语，从容，哀伤，完全颠覆了原唱Bob Geldof极富穿透力的版本，忒有个性，听起来也格外感人。

关于Tori Amos（多莉•艾莫丝），（网络拾缀）八度提名葛莱美奖的美国歌手、钢琴家和词曲创作人。Tori Amos的歌曲属于小众类型，歌词的题材很广，包括性、宗教、父系社会制度、女性主义和个人的不幸经历等。华人歌手王菲、孙燕姿、许茹芸和王菀之等人都曾 翻唱过《Silent All These Years》等Tori Amos的知名作品。她同时也是女性主义的长期拥护者。
